Wake Forest-Pittsburgh Consortium Collaborative Fellows Program: Travel Awards
An important aspect in supporting graduate students and post-doctoral in science and engineering is to provide a total package of support that enables them to be best-prepared for post-graduate careers. An important part of such a package is the opportunity to participate in meetings such as the “AFIRM All Hands” meeting, to hear about the AFIRM portfolio of projects, the latest advances, and to learn how such highly interdisciplinary, cutting-edge technologies can be translated into the clinical setting to successfully address combat casualty care needs for wounded service men and women.
Below is a quick list of meetings for which WFPC trainees will be provided travel awards. Travel awards in the amount of $1,200 for each meeting will be provided. Eligibility requires submission and acceptance of abstract for poster/oral presentation.
